Our inspections are performed in accordance with the CCPIA International Standards of Practice for Performing Commercial Property Inspections (ComSOP) and ASTM E2018-24 guidelines. We focus on evaluating accessible building systems and components, identifying deferred maintenance, and providing clear, practical recommendations.
